I got to photograph TWO weddings at this venue this year, and I am really hoping I get to photograph many more in the future because WOW. What a beautiful place!

Trevor & Val are such a sweet couple. I first met them during their engagement session, and we had an absolute blast together. I just adore the couples I get to work with, and getting to spend more time with them on their wedding day was such a treat.

Their summer wedding at Pacifica, a Garden in the Siskiyous was absolutely beautiful.

First of all, Val was STUNNING.

And then there were the dogs.

They had their pups at the wedding, complete with adorable bow ties and floral collars, and I was completely here for it. I mean, c’mon. Dogs at weddings are always a good idea.

Pacifica, a Garden in the Siskiyous is such an incredible setting for wedding photography. Tucked into the Applegate Valley, the property has so many gorgeous backdrops — mountain ranges, towering pine trees, the pond, open landscapes, and beautiful sunset light.

Their ceremony took place right in front of the pond, which made for such a gorgeous setting as they exchanged vows.

And then there was the veil.

I have said it before and I will absolutely say it again: I LOVE long wedding veils!

They are SO much fun to photograph, especially in a beautiful outdoor setting like Pacifica. We got to play with the veil during portraits and take advantage of the movement, scenery, and gorgeous summer light.

From their sweet ceremony by the pond to their pups dressed in their wedding-day finest, every part of Trevor & Val’s day felt personal and full of joy.

I loved getting to capture these memories for two such wonderful people, and I hope I get to return to Pacifica again and again for more Applegate Oregon weddings.
