Emigrant Lake | Southern Oregon Maternity Photography
Bridgette and Kelley are such lovely humans, and I was so excited to photograph this sweet season of their lives! There is something incredibly special about maternity sessions, especially when you get to capture a couple as they prepare to welcome a new little person into their family.
We met at Emigrant Lake in Southern Oregon for an evening maternity session and timed everything around that beautiful sunset light. Emigrant Lake is always such a gorgeous backdrop, with plenty of open scenery and space to wander while the light changes throughout the evening.
The Perfect Maternity Session Outfits – I absolutely loved what these two chose to wear for their session. Kelley’s burnt mustard jacket looked amazing against the natural scenery, while Bridgette wore a beautiful cream sweater dress that gave the photos such a soft and cozy feel.
The colors worked so perfectly together! Their outfits felt stylish without taking away from the beautiful scenery or the connection between them.
A Joyful Couple Makes Everything More Fun
Bridgette and Kelley are such a joyful and playful couple, which made this session so much fun to photograph. I love capturing those natural moments between people—the little interactions, smiles, and the excitement of being together during such an important season of life.
These two have such a sweet energy together, and it was easy to see how excited they are about adding to their family.
And Of Course, Their Sweet Pup Joined Us!
You can’t forget their adorable pup! I always love when couples include their dogs in their photo sessions. Our pets are such an important part of our families, and having them join a maternity session makes the photos feel even more personal.
Their sweet pup was the perfect addition to an already beautiful evening at Emigrant Lake.
As the sun started to set, the light became absolutely beautiful and gave us that warm, dreamy glow that makes evening sessions so magical. Between the gorgeous scenery, their perfect outfits, their playful personalities, and their sweet pup, this Southern Oregon maternity session was such a good one.
