Kate is such a badass. And not just because she is insanely fit. She is also one of the sweetest, most driven, intelligent people, and I’ve loved getting to know her.

Kate has put an incredible amount of discipline, consistency, and hard work into her health and fitness journey over the past few years. She has worked so freaking hard, and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate that than with a photo session that shows off exactly what she’s accomplished.

This wasn’t your typical portrait session. Kate wanted images that showcased her fitness style and personality for branding, so we created a collection of photos that felt strong, confident, athletic, and completely her.

She showed up in her gym attire and absolutely crushed it. We incorporated stretches, workout movements, and a variety of poses that highlighted her strength and athleticism while still giving the images a polished branding feel.

And let’s be honest… she looked amazing.

I especially loved pairing the fitness-focused images with a beautiful fall backdrop. There’s something really cool about putting athletic portraits into a natural outdoor setting rather than keeping everything inside a gym. The warm autumn colors added some softness and contrast to the strength and energy of the photos.

But what I loved most was the story behind the session.

These photos weren’t just about showing off muscles or looking good in workout clothes. They were a celebration of how far Kate has come. The discipline. The commitment. The work behind the scenes. The choices she has made for herself. All of that deserves to be celebrated.

I also love branding sessions like this because they don’t have to feel stiff or overly corporate.
