Ashlee and Ryan are the sweetest people! Their wedding day was full of those quiet, meaningful moments that make intimate weddings so special, and I was so happy to be there to document it all.

One of my favorite parts of their day happened before the wedding even really got going. Ashlee and Ryan got ready together, with their sweet pups right there alongside them. And if you know me, you know I was absolutely thrilled about this.

There’s something so special about including your dogs in the getting-ready part of your wedding day. They’re part of your everyday life, so having them there while you get ready, hang out, and soak in the excitement just makes the whole experience feel that much more personal.

And honestly, they were pretty darn cute about it.

For their celebration, Ashlee and Ryan chose the Kubli Haus in Jacksonville, Oregon. It’s such a charming little spot for a small wedding, especially if you’re looking for something intimate and cozy rather than a huge traditional venue.

I love the idea of choosing a smaller space where you can really focus on the people you love most. There’s something incredibly sweet about a wedding that feels less like a production and more like a gathering of your favorite humans to celebrate something really important.

Ashlee and Ryan’s day had that feeling.
