Sometimes I meet couples who completely blow me away, and Jordan and Bre are absolutely those people.
These two have such a genuine sweetness about them, and working with them from their engagement session through their wedding day was such a joy. I’m pretty sure Jordan thanked me at least five times throughout the wedding day for everything I was doing, and honestly… people like these two are exactly why I love this job so much.
Their summer wedding at Orchard Home Bed & Breakfast in Medford, Oregon was filled with happy tears, huge hugs, incredible food, packed dance floors, and so much pure happiness.
A Beautiful Summer Wedding at Orchard Home Bed & Breakfast
Orchard Home Bed & Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, as always. The weather was lovely, the grounds were beautiful, and everything came together perfectly for Jordan and Bre’s celebration.
Bre looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous lace wedding dress with its long train. The bridesmaids wore beautiful tones of blush and muted wine, which paired so perfectly with the guys in grey. Between the florals, the colors, and all the little details, the entire wedding had such a beautiful and romantic feel.
Reading Letters Without Seeing Each Other
Jordan and Bre chose not to see each other before their ceremony, but they still wanted to share a meaningful moment together beforehand.
Instead of doing a traditional first look, they stood on opposite sides of a door and read letters they had written to each other.
Without seeing one another, they were still able to hear each other’s voices and share this incredibly sweet and emotional moment before walking down the aisle. It was such a beautiful alternative for couples who want to save seeing each other for the ceremony while still having a private moment together beforehand.
A Sweet First Look With Dad
Bre also shared a first look with her dad, and it was so sweet to witness.
It was obvious that these two have a really special bond, and seeing his reaction to his daughter as a bride was one of those moments that reminds me why wedding days are filled with so much emotion.
Those quiet, personal moments are some of my favorite things to photograph.
A Lily Pad Pond Ceremony
Their ceremony took place beside the beautiful lily pad pond at Orchard Home Bed & Breakfast, creating such a gorgeous setting for Jordan and Bre to exchange their vows.
And then came one of the most perfectly timed moments of the entire day.
Right as they shared their first kiss, the fountains came on behind them.
Seriously… could that have been timed any better?
It was such a beautiful moment and made their ceremony photos even more magical.
The Speeches, Dancing & Celebration
The reception was every bit as fun as the rest of the day.
I think Jordan’s brother, who also happened to be the best man, may have delivered one of the best wedding speeches I’ve heard during my entire career. It was equal parts heartfelt and hilarious—the perfect combination.
And the dance floor? Packed.
The celebration was full of laughter, impressive dance moves, hugs, and so many people clearly having the best time celebrating these two.
This wedding was just so damn good.
