I’m pretty certain this kid won the gene lottery.

This sweet Southern Oregon family was so kind and genuinely fun to be around, and their little guy was absolutely adorable.

He was a little stingy with the smiles during our session, but I hear he’s a pretty serious guy most days. 😂 And honestly? He can pull it off.

Three months old and already looking like he’s got important business to attend to.

The Sweetest Little Family

One of my favorite things about photographing families with a new baby is seeing the tenderness between everyone.

There’s something about watching a big, strong dad hold a tiny, delicate human in his arms with so much love and softness.

It’s pretty incredible.

Mom and Dad were both so sweet with their little guy, and you could see how completely smitten they are with him.

Those quiet moments of holding him close, looking at him, kissing his little head, and simply soaking him in are the moments I love capturing.

Because babies change SO quickly.

At three months old, he’s already becoming his own little person. Before they know it, he’ll be sitting, crawling, walking, and getting into absolutely everything.

These photographs freeze this tiny little version of him in time.

The serious expressions.

Those tiny fingers.

The way he fits perfectly in Mom and Dad’s arms.

All of it.

And that’s one of the things I truly love about photography: getting to meet so many wonderful people and being invited into these little pieces of their lives.

Every family has their own story, and I feel incredibly lucky that photography has allowed me to meet so many genuinely great people along the way.
