Aren’t these two just adorable!?

I was SO pumped when Bridgette + Kelley chose Mt. Ashland for their engagement session because this location is absolutely gorgeous. If you want a spot that screams Oregon, this is it.

The mountain and valley views, towering trees, giant boulders, and beautiful mountain light all come together to create one incredible backdrop. There’s something about being surrounded by that much natural beauty that makes an engagement session feel like a little adventure rather than just a photo shoot.

And their outfits? So good.

Their color palette looked amazing against the earthy greens, rocky landscape, and mountain scenery. When you combine a great location with outfits that complement the environment, the images just come together beautifully.

But honestly, my favorite part of this session was getting to photograph these two.

Bridgette + Kelley are so much fun to be around. They trusted me to get creative, leaned into the adventure, and were completely open to trying different things. That kind of trust means everything to me as a photographer.

It gives me the freedom to create instead of simply checking off a list of poses, and I absolutely adore the results.

We explored the mountain, played with the light, took in the views, and captured plenty of sweet and playful moments along the way. These are the kinds of engagement sessions I love most: a beautiful place, two people who are crazy about each other, and the freedom to just see where the adventure takes us.

I cannot WAIT for their wedding next year!
