Adella is such a sweetheart! She has one of those warm, welcoming smiles that instantly makes you feel comfortable, and she was an absolute joy to photograph.

Her senior session at Mt. Ashland was such a beautiful summer evening. The mountain was showing off with fields of blooming yellow wildflowers, tall trees, and that dreamy golden light that makes everything feel a little magical.

And can we talk about her outfit choices?

So good.

I loved Adella’s neutral-colored outfits and how beautifully they complemented the natural mountain setting. The soft tones blended perfectly with the earthy landscape while still allowing her personality and beautiful smile to be the focus.

One of my favorite things about senior portraits is creating images that feel timeless while still capturing who someone is right now. Adella’s session had such a natural, peaceful feel with soft colors, gorgeous scenery, and a sweet girl who was completely herself in front of the camera.

We wandered through the mountain landscape, found beautiful pockets of wildflowers, and took advantage of the incredible evening light filtering through the trees. Mt. Ashland is such a special location because every direction gives you something beautiful, open views, forest paths, wildflowers, and those little quiet moments that make portraits feel authentic.

Adella brought such a calm and kind energy to her session, and I loved capturing the little moments in between the posed portraits too, the genuine smiles, relaxed expressions, and the personality behind the photos.
