I could have photographed Jordin all day long. She was such a sweet soul and an absolute joy to have in front of my camera.

I am always thrilled when seniors bring their dogs along. Pets are such a huge part of our lives, and including them makes senior portraits feel even more personal. Those images become a little time capsule of this exact season, the things they love, the people (and pets!) they love, and who they were at this point in life.

For Jordin’s session, we headed to a beautiful river location in Jackson County during autumn, and the setting did not disappoint. The vibrant yellow fall leaves created the most gorgeous backdrop, especially paired with the soft riverside scenery.

Fall in Southern Oregon really is something special.

The golden colors, the peaceful river, and the warm seasonal light all came together perfectly for her portraits. It felt like the perfect reflection of Jordin, soft, beautiful, and full of warmth.

I loved capturing the mix of sweet smiles, natural moments, and those quiet little expressions that show her personality. Senior sessions are so much more than just photos of what someone looks , likethey’re about capturing who they are during this exciting transition into the next chapter.
