I was so giddy when Caitlin reached out about photographing her and Dom’s intimate wedding reception at Hummingbird Estate in Southern Oregon. A classy couple, a gorgeous venue, a beautiful evening… I knew this was going to be a good one!

And wow, did these two deliver.

Caitlin and Dom are insanely beautiful together, but what stood out to me even more was how warm and genuine they were. Their love for each other was so easy to see, and their families and friends were every bit as wonderful to work with. There’s something really special about intimate wedding celebrations where you can slow down, soak it all in, and spend meaningful time with the people who matter most.

Hummingbird Estate made the dreamiest backdrop for their evening, too. As the sun began to set, everything was bathed in that gorgeous Southern Oregon glow, and the whole setting felt romantic without being overly formal. The combination of the beautiful grounds, soft evening light, and cozy reception atmosphere was absolutely perfect for these two.

Their celebration was sweet, intimate, and full of those little moments that make wedding days so special—lots of love, laughter, happy tears, and the people who showed up to celebrate right alongside them.

I’m always a little sentimental when I get to photograph couples surrounded by their closest people. A wedding day doesn’t have to be huge to feel incredibly meaningful. Sometimes the smaller celebrations are the ones that leave the biggest impression.
